1.Intelligent vacuum control: From "existence" to "precision"

The new generation controller offers 3 selectable control modes, combined with sensors, to achieve precise pressure regulation, ensuring a stable and controllable experimental environment, and enhancing the efficiency and consistency of rotary evaporation processing.

2.Optional automatic water addition and water shortage alarm

The intelligent water replenishment system can monitor the water level in real time and automatically replenish water, without the need for frequent manual intervention. This ensures the continuity of the process. 

It is equipped with multiple water shortage detection mechanisms. In case of abnormal situations, it will immediately trigger audible and visual alarms to effectively safeguard the safety of the equipment and experimental samples. After the alarm is triggered, the system will automatically start replenishing water until the safe water level is reached. The alarm delay, replenishment start/stop delay can be customized, effectively preventing false alarms and the frequent start/stop of the water pump, thus ensuring the continuous and uninterrupted experimental process and greater safety.

Up to 100 program segments can be edited. Temperature, speed, vacuum degree, etc. can be programmed independently. 

Support external switch quantity signal input (X1, X2). Customizable alarm logic can be set to trigger equipment actions based on external events, enhancing system safety and automation level. Built-in high-precision temperature sensor and intelligent PID algorithm achieve constant control of the heating pot temperature. Whether it is sensitive samples or long-term evaporation, it can provide a stable and reliable thermal environment to ensure the consistency of experimental results.

 

The hardware connections are clear, and the maintenance and debugging are straightforward.

This diagram provides a detailed illustration of the interface definitions and hardware connection logic of the vacuum board. Through clear pin markings, the input and output positions of power supply, sensors, and various signals can be easily identified, making it an important reference for equipment debugging and maintenance. 

The power supply unit (24V/5V) provides stable DC voltage input to power the core of the board and external sensors. 

The pressure sensor interface (S1/S2) supports two channels of analog/digital signal input, transmitting real-time data on vacuum pressure status. 

The X1 dryness signal detection port (core) is located on the upper right side of the board, receiving the signal from the dryness switch, which is a key guarantee for the safe operation of the equipment.
