In April, in the Jiangnan region, the spring breeze is gentle and all things come back to life. The Peaks team took a break from their busy work and set off for a three-day rendezvous with nature. Unite your hearts and minds in the gentle breeze and bamboo shadows of Moganshan, appreciate nature in the wetland secret realm of Xiazhu Lake, and touch history in the time corridor of Nanxun Ancient Town. This is a journey of relaxation for both body and mind, and even more so, a journey of integration and elevation of the team.
In April, in the Jiangnan region, the spring breeze is gentle and all things come back to life. The Pinzhi team took a break from their busy work and embarked on a three-day encounter with nature. Concentrate in the gentle breeze and bamboo shadows of Moganshan, appreciate nature in the wetland secret realm of Xiazhu Lake, and touch history in the time corridor of Nanxun Ancient Town. This is a journey of relaxation for both body and mind, and more importantly, a journey of team integration and improvement.
A tug-of-war brought us closer, ignited our fighting spirit, and made us deeply understand that when we truly unite as one, the power we can create far exceeds our imagination. The warm-up activities marked the beginning of a new chapter of "fulfilling our duties and shouldering our missions". A theme symposium titled "Pooling Wisdom to Write a New Chapter" kicked off in the conference hall of the beautiful Moganshan Jiugui Radisson Estate. During the symposium, everyone spoke freely. The symposium started with a self-reflection on the warning that "tactical diligence can mask strategic laziness", and concluded with a spirit of the whole being greater than the sum of its parts.
Representatives from various departments enthusiastically shared their insights and reflections on their work. Everyone spoke freely, with some affirming achievements and expressing gratitude, others sharing skills and experiences, some setting requirements and goals, and others analyzing the present and the future... During the tea break, colleagues engaged in lively exchanges and the atmosphere was harmonious. The raffle session brought the event to a climax, and the surprise gifts filled every participant with anticipation.
Amidst candid speeches and joyous raffles, affirmation and encouragement were flowing, and suggestions and inspirations were colliding. We felt even more deeply that we are not only an efficient collective but also a warm, mutually supportive team with an extremely harmonious atmosphere.
The symposium has ended, but each participant said:
"Stay focused on our duties", remain true to our original intentions, and the continuous progress does not stop;
"Take on responsibilities", look up at the sky, listen to the rain and wind, and the firm pace of creating value for customers, the industry and society is never-ending;
"Brainstorm together, draw a new chapter", gather the wisdom, creativity and courage of all colleagues, draw the blueprint of the company's future, and the actions to create a beautiful tomorrow for oneself and colleagues are always ongoing.
After the meeting, the company arranged a variety of activities such as table tennis, KTV, chess room, mountain bike riding, bonfire party, Xiazhu Lake Wetland Park, Shangzhu Mountain Fantasy Valley, Nanxun Ancient Town, etc. The rich team-building activities were filled with laughter and joy; the relaxed entertainment atmosphere gradually warmed up the friendship among colleagues and the cohesion of the team.
Wonderful Share
We set off on our return journey. With a sense of relaxation brought by the mountains and waters, and a sense of cohesion strengthened by the team's warmth, we embarked on the return trip. The carriage was very quiet. Many people were resting, with content smiles on their lips.
During this journey, we:
- Enhanced team cohesion - The three-day daily interaction made us better understand each other.
- Promoted cross-departmental communication - The symposiums and various activities broke down departmental barriers.
- Boosted team vitality - The healing power of nature enabled us to work in a better state.
